Parish Religious Education Program

• Our 2009-2010 PREP program classes will begin Wednesday, August 26^th, 2009 at 5:15-6:30pm in the Church. This program is open to all Parish children 1st through Confirmation. Families must be registered Parishioners. Forms are available at the Church office and at Registration.
   

• Our “NEW” Kindergarten program will be held on the third Sunday of every month from 9:45-10:45am in the Parish Hall 1^st grade room. Parents & Children are encouraged to join us for the 11am Children’s Mass immediately following class.
  
   
• August 19^th, 2009 ~MANDATORY Registration/Parent meeting for those students in 2^nd grade or, those receiving the sacraments of Reconciliation & First Holy Communion. Meeting will begin @ 5pm in the Parish Hall. You will be receiving a “packet” with valuable information for the upcoming year.
  
   
• REGISTRATION for 1^st grade & 3^rd through Confirmation will be on Wednesday, August 19^th, 2009 4:30 – 6:30pm  AND  Wednesday, August 26^th 4:30-6:30pm in the Parish Hall. There will be a “new” registration form as well as new information required by the Diocese.
  
   
• For those students entering 8^th Grade for the 2009-2010 school year you will be beginning your 1^st year of Confirmation PREP. Your Confirmation date will be Spring of 2011. Attendance is very important for the next two years as well as a retreat (2010- 2011 school year), date to be announced.
  
   
• For those Students entering the 7^th Grade for the 2009-2010 school year you will be studying “We live our Faith” volume I. The following year you will join our 8^th grade class for Confirmation PREP. These two years are required and attendance is Mandatory. If you do not attend classes regularly for these 2 years you will not be eligible to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Spring of 2011. You will also be required to attend a retreat (2010 – 2011 school year) date to be announced.
